a lot of the stuff that you probably don't recognize is from the feature that I shot this summer. Which probably won't go up on youtube. Thanks for watching and noticing, though. I appreciate the support.

I saw your Blender test. The logo to the left at was done using CAD and is not even close to high res. The national environment organization 1Sky has requested a High Res image of our logo for one of there videos and I am struggling .
Using Blender 2.46 I do the following steps: new texture, unwrap sphere, UV editor split, add image --a 1024 by 512 jpg,-- and the result is that the continents are to big and the ice caps are not showing. Any advise you could give me to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.
