Hello People,
This is a channel for my original songs and music videos. Yellowcatz channel is still open for experimental vids and cover songs (link is below).
I've played in many bands in Manchester U.K over the years, mostly punk/new wave/pyschedelic styles. I've been away from music making for a few years, but over the last year have been taking it more seriously again, and devoting more time to it. The passion for creating music and art never really left me, but i'm quite obssessive and when i choose to do something i put everything i have into it. I wish it wasn't that way, but i'm past fighting it. I can only do one thing well at any given time, maybe it's a testosterone thing...i feel i've come full circle and returned to my first love, i've had so many loves inbetween but none have touched me as deeply as the joy of moulding vibrating air particles into sound sculptures and aural dreamscapes, some people call it rock n roll, or jazz, or soul, or funk, industrial skiffle, but for me it's just an exchange of vibrations..
I believe our bodies are just one big musical instrument, our emotions being merely different chords and notes plucked by the guitar pick of whatever external sound stimuli we recieve..you know what i mean dontcha?
If you like any of these vids, you're welcome to take them home with you and do whatever you wish with them, throw darts at them, have a drink with them, or just listen to them. I don't own them and neither do you. Even though man's law may state otherwise.
