Obviously a factory-built Tele is very hard to beat. My home-built was my first attempt at building a guitar and so I'm a bit biased, but there are a couple of things about it that could be a little better as well. The nice thing is that I probably saved about $600 building mine over buying a Fender USA model...and I was able to dictate some of the specifics about how it looks, etc. Thanks for your comment. LC
