Hey great work on your videos. They are really helpful and just what I was looking for as I learn to cook. I got by cooking for myself for the last few years since being at University, and so many times following a recipe, I wish someone would just *show* me how to do really simple things, like how small to cut the ingredients up, how to cut an onion or a pepper up, etc. So thanks keep em coming!
