l have come to realize that only the present moment matters, l am a firm believer that we create our own reality and that every challenge we encounter we chose to do so either because we knew we could rise above it OR to learn from the challenge and grow.
l am a musician/artist, happily married and we have a 17 month old little boy Nicholas. l also have 2 teenagers Jacob and Stephanie who l love very much.
